Gratitude Practice 2020 Day 169: Oprah's Thoughts on Forgiveness

Grateful for these kind, wise, inspiring words….kinda life changing, really.

Grateful for this perspective…“Forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could have been any different, it's accepting the past for what it was, and using this moment and this time to help yourself move forward.”

Grateful to understand "the pint and gallon kind of people" concept... balancing wants and needs and our unique individual capacity to love, to show love and to accept love….and then balancing our desired needs from other people...this is a big big concept and one that I wish I had found years ago.

Grateful to learn from her not so smooth journey and inspired by her way of reframing, rebounding, re-creating and for her life long resolve to...rise above.

Grateful for her honesty, her heart work, her hard work and her hope in the human process.
