Gratitude Practice 2020 Day 18: New Journal Day

Tonight, I'm grateful for my trusty LEUCHTTURM 1917. I'm a big note taker, doodler, list maker, memory keeper and I live and die by these well made notebooks. This is my office collection from the last few years and I normally fill up two to three journals each year. Over time, I've purchased hundreds of journals of all shapes, sizes and brands and without question I've found these journals to be the best fit. I'm currently rocking both the vibrant purple and the hot pink and they make me happy daily. Great quality paper. Great selection of colors. TWO ribbon bookmarks and accordion pocked in the back for all of the random bits AND it lays flat when open without cracking the spine. I write in these notebooks in meetings, on my free time, during personal study, when preparing for trips and travel, when planning projects and organizing tasks. Long gone are my beloved FranklinCovey day planners (may they rest in peace) and these treasured books now keep all of the wheels churning. My inner nerd runs pretty deep and I'm totally okay admitting that I've got big plans to fill this entire 8 foot bookshelf (all five shelves) with colorful journals documenting a life well lived. Tonight, I'm grateful for new journal day and all of the possibilities that can be found inside.
