Gratitude Practice 2020 Day 27: Synchronized Swimming

Cool enough to be weird. Weird enough to be cool. For some very strange and unknown reason images, clips and conversations about synchronized swimming keep orbiting my world. Totally not reading anything more into this other than...I'm glad I live in a world where synchronized swimming...is a thing. Should you need a break from reality just do a quick google search...such an interesting little corner of the internet. From Ester Williams to the Aqualillies...WOW! Just WOW! Why? How? Really? Apparently, yes.

Always loved watching the big synchronized swimming scenes in old time movies. Delighted and a bit shocked to realize its alive and well today and is even included as an official olympic sport. Who knew? Absurd on so many levels. Impressive and a yet always a tiny bit creepy. But I keep watching and grateful none the less.
