Gratitude Practice 2020 Day 277: First Snow of the Season Day Dreams

Lots of fluffy white snow now covers most of Salt Lake City. A new chill has rolled into town. Our fireplace was roaring all day and hot coco and steaming hot wassail was on tap. Mostly grateful to watch our girl soak in the magic of the year's first snow storm. Lots of time gazing out the window singing made up songs about winter. Lots of talk about snowmen and cookies and Christmas...because everyone knows that snow actually equals Christmas. Lots of time searching for snow pants carefully tucked away (and currently MIA) somewhere safe in our house. And a very brief moment adventuring outside only to return to her comfortable place perched near the warm fire. Grateful the magic of the first snow fall and all of the wonder that follows.
