Gratitude Practice 2020 Day 53: The hope that is 55 degrees

It's 55 degrees in Salt Lake City today and Sarah Kate and I are literally willing warmer weather to join us. Feeling these slightly higher temperatures we raced home so we could resume our nightly post-work and school and pre-dinner outside chill time. This magical wind down outside time of day is critical for both of us and LOOK! There are bright green blooms courageously forging through our protective bark. And LOOK! There are tiny brave buds appearing all over our flowering pear trees. And LOOK! My fearless yet very sensitive kid is once again ready to roll. Grateful today that Spring is kindly and faithfully showing up...even if it's only 55 degrees.
