Gratitude Practice 2020 Day 89: Slow Down

Wow! What impact would slowing down have in my life?

Grateful for this beautiful music and for its haunting and comforting message.

Slow Down.

Grateful for this forced time to understand in new meaningful ways, to unlearn, to rethink, and to reprioritize.... everything.

Slow Down.

Grateful for the abundant blessings in my life, for my hard won and ever growing conviction that a loving God is aware of me and you and in time every little thing is going to work out.

Slow Down.

Grateful for this uncomfortable, unplanned, unwanted opportunity to do nothing but...

Slow Down.

Grateful for today. For Good Friday. For what this day represents. For the promise of hope, healing and happiness. For the way pain and uncertainty both unites and reminds us of the sacred boundless truth that we are all way more similar than we are different.

Slow Down.

Grateful for the universal invite to fast, to ponder, to remember and to slow down and know that God is.

Slow Down.
