Gratitude Practice 2020 Day 106: What grief is teaching me
I've been a faithful NPR listener for well over twenty years and this morning a brief but powerful seven minute segment brought it all the way home.
NPR's poet-in-residence Kwame Alexander pointed to Nancy Cross Dunham's poem, "What I'm Learning About Grief," and asked that submissions begin with those same words. He crowd sourced a poems based on how people from around the globe answered this meaningful question and WOW is it powerful!
Grateful for this poem and for how grief is teaching and refining me. Well worth your time.
