Grateful for this perfect summer spinny dress. It's the perfect shade and color. It's the soft airy fabric. It's the natural swing of the generous tiered ruffles. But mostly, it's the bright eyed, endlessly curious, smarter than I realize, firecracker giggle factory of a girl who loves to wear this twirly purple dress. She is strong and sensitive, caring and courageous, demanding, delightful and determined all at the same time and I would not have it any other way. This girl. This dress. This summer. Just so grateful.
