Gratitude Practice 2020 Day 84: My Nouns

A little cinnamon coffee cake to get things started. Followed by a little bit of coloring, gluing and pasting easter and religious themed projects... because attempting is noble, right? A quick drive up the canyon because a family must recreate outside every day or we are not going to make it. A much needed super brief but strangely restorative power nap. A little bit of neighborly connectivity because we are all in this together. A little bit of social distancing with my brothers and bike ride number two for the day because four year old energy never ends. A little bit of roasted veggies and the most delicious and perfectly peppery crispy bacon. A little bit of time digging in the good old fabric bins because this week we will make masks... feeling a little vindication for my fabric hoarding tendencies because pandemic germs don't play. All this and a whole lotta lotta praise Jesus!

Grateful for a weekend. Grateful for THIS weekend. Grateful for my nouns...for my people, for my places and for my things. Feeling almost ready to tip toe into the next week of sheer pandemic magic/terror. Deep breaths and go team!
